Each Villa consists of :
Private Living Room, Private Balcony, Private Shower, and
also equipped with:
Refrigerator, Stereo set & VCD player, Personal safety box,
Tea & Coffee maker.
Each floating villa is carefully designed and constructed in
accordance with the concept of the hundred of years of well
proven local fishermen floating bamboo hut, called “Bagan”,
it has been carefully modified in to a comfortable and safe
floating accommodation. You are among the special people who
have the chance to enjoy the comfort of luxurious and
adventurous experience in the first Floating Villa in the
country.
The condition of the sea of Medang Bay - Lombok island is
absolutely perfect for this unique concept ! not only
because this little bay has the advantage of the rise and
fall of the tides, but also it is very well protected by 4
little islands called : Gili on front of the bay, they
protect the villas from strong wind, current and waves.
The Floating villas float so well and steady ! the sea water
can be so calm and crystal clear – so that you can easily
witness the marine world activity, right from your floating
villa : Clown fish, Angle fish, Baby Lobster, Crabs or even
Lion Fish surrounds you, they live side by side with you
under the villa – you can feed them, you can play with them
and of course you can go fishing from your floating villa.

Cancellation:
During Low Season
1. No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation
received by us 14 days prior to arrival date and for
cancellation received less than 14 days prior to arrival 1
(one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government
tax & service charge will be applied and in event of no show
or on same day cancellation notice is subject to full amount
of total room booked
During High & Peak Season (From 01st July to 31st August,
21st December to 05th January)
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than
30 days of arrival.
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and
therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with
confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire
transfer to our account
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier
than the reservation made.
